Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the kis918 platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without any refund of balances linked to terms-violating activity.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading details may result in account suspension and investigation of all related transactions. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the kis918 customer support team immediately at [email protected].
Users are strictly prohibited from sharing accounts, transferring accounts to another party, or using someone else's account. The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised means to access the platform is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the kis918 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, internet banking transfers, and local e-wallets as listed on the platform from time to time.
Deposit Conditions
- The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the Wallet section when you are logged in.
- Deposited funds will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method — typically within a few minutes to 60 minutes.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank details they provide are accurate. kis918 is not liable for any delays or losses arising from incorrect information submitted by the user.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the platform account holder.
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit is processed.
- Any suspicion of fraud or money laundering will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold pending investigation.
- Withdrawal processing times range from 15 to 60 minutes on standard business days, subject to your VIP tier and the time of request.
Platform Usage Rules & Prohibitions

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the customer support team. Any valid remaining balance (subject to no active restrictions) will be processed within the stipulated timeframe once the request has been verified.
